The first question that needs to be answered is...what do you want?
This might seem like an obvious question but most people actually don't know the answer. We are not all the same (N of 1) and the answer to the question is 100% unique to each of us. And furthermore, as unique as he answer is, it is uniquely the same.
First, it must me established that health and fitness are not the same thing although one will have a profound effect on the other as you will see as you proceed with this program and get profound results like you have never experienced). It might come as a shock that most athletes are far from healthy (although extremely fit). This oversight has had profound effects on many athletes ultimate performance as many will attest. In many cases this one simple oversight has cost many a champion the chance to stand on the top of the podium.
In my career for example, you only have the opportunity for 13 seconds once every 1461 days. That's a lot of hours to just throw away because of a simple change in strategy (that I was fortunate to take) that most athletes neglect. What a waste of thousands of hours of training.
These programs, along with unrivalled insights are a unique view that will save young athletes (and older weekend worriers, fitness fanatics and wellness seekers) time and effort in achieving their goals. Don't get me wrong. There are no shortcuts. It will take effort and some sacrifice. But we have shortened the path. learn from the mistakes that we have already made. These are tried and proven methods yielding unrivalled results. Which leads us back to the original question; "What do you want?" Followed closely by question #2: "What are you willing to pay for it?" There is always a price and like everything else in life, the greater the reward, the higher the price you have to pay. It's as simple as that.
The main reasons people seek out sites like this are:
1) Athletic performance
2) Personal Health issues
and believe it or not, these are actually one in the same.
As you proceed through these programs (and of course the philosophy behind them) you will see why you have struggled in the past and what the simple missing links are to a more successful, healthier, happier you.
This is your "GPS". 30 years ago we didn't have the luxury and convenience of such technology. It was a much slower and much more arduous task. We used maps. But we go it done. It took 13 years to decipher the map and find the right coordinates and another 3 years to perfect (or as close as one could possibly get). We took the time and perseverance to put all the pieces of the puzzle together. That was 30 years ago. It worked then and it still works to this day. It's a simple choice. But it alway start with: "What do you want?" and "What are you willing to pay for it?"
