Through his lifetime of learning Mark has dedicated himself to developing and implementing ground-breaking methodologies and programs to improve speed and human performance. Nearly 60, Mark remains one of the fittest men on the planet.   

Mark lives and breathes fitness. He is a coach who motivates, educated and empowers others. Recently Mark has discovered technologies that allow him to curate and share his development content. Mark has spent a great deal of time designing content that focuses on the physical development and proper  mindset training. His goal is to help athlete's across all sports and abilities reach their potential as humans. 

Notable Achievements:

  • 1982 – Gold Medal in the 110-metre hurdles (a Canadian and Commonwealth record.)
    Silver as a member of the 4x100m relay.
  • 1984 – Olympics Games 4th place finish, setting numerous Canadian records on route.
  • 1986 – Gold Medal Hurdles at the Commonwealth Games, and gold in the 4x100m relay.
    Set the World Record in the 50m hurdles, a record has still not been broke
  • 1998 – Olympics placed 7th in the hurdles.
  • 1991 – Bronze medal in the 60m hurdles at the 1991 World Indoor Championships,
  • 1991 – 4th at the Outdoor World Championships in 1991.
  • 1992 – Olympic Gold Medalist in the 110m hurdles – Barcelona, Spain
  • 1993 – World Indoor Champion

Mark is a member of the Canadian Athletics Hall of Fame and the Ontario Athletics Hall of Fame. His Athletic Milestones include:1980 – Olympic Games in Moscow (which were boycotted).
