INTRODUCTION AND AWARENESS PHASE. Designed to introduce the novice and occasional fitness fanatic to proper training program design and a sustainable regime.  Focus is placed on conditioning through Olympic style training.  This sets up a solid  foundation & establishes the building blocks for superior proven results.

Program objectives:

This is an entry level program teaching more than just exercise but more importantly having the correct mindset behind preparation and sustainability of correct exercise and feeling for exercise.    

What to expect: 

A comprehensive foundational program focusing on the fundamentals of corrective exercises to:

  • first and foremost, prevent injury
  • build total body stability
  • build joint strength
  • build total overall body awareness and control

 

This program is split into 4 - 6 week segments
