TRANSITION PHASE. This program is designed to build on the foundation and consistency developed in the Bronze Program. Focus in this program is on stability, conditioning and strength training.  We work on developing the necessary joint strength & stability along with mobility & flexibility to safely build muscle and reduce fat.

What to expect: 

A comprehensive foundational program focusing on the fundamentals of corrective exercises to:

  • prevent injury
  • build total body stability
  • build joint strength
  • build total overall body awareness and control
  • conditioning
  • strength

Program Duration: 

This program is split into 4 - 6 week segments
