TRANSITION PHASE. This program is designed to take advantage of the growth spurt and natural changes of an athlete’s body. We focus on speed & stability, acceleration, and conditioning. We work on developing the necessary joint strength & stability along with mobility & flexibility to combat physical growth issues that accompany growth spurts in preparation for hormonal changes that impede performance.

What to expect: 

A comprehensive foundational program focusing on the fundamentals of corrective exercises to:

  • prevent injury
  • build total body stability
  • build joint strength
  • build total overall body awareness and control
  • speed development
  • power development
  • conditioning

Program Duration: 

This program is split into 4 - 6 week segments
